In the rotation of wheat cultivation and in collaboration with other local farmers we cultivate ancient varieties of legumes:
- chick furrow straight
- black chickpea from Maremma
- Sorano ciavattone bean
- green bean
- purgatory bean
- black lentil of the Maremma
- small lentil of Pitigliano
We are also experimenting with the cultivation of amaranth, millet and barley.
